I have a
basically i prepare lemon tea by adding chai patti and sugar(1 spoon per cup) and then half lemon juice.
If you are including tea powder in the preparation then limit to maximum two cups a day. As the caffeine content is in the tea and not in the milk or lemon. If you feel like regular tea that is also limited to two cups a day.
no i dont use any tea powder.
i want to confirm is the lemon tea safe during pregnancy or not?
