We should clean up the outer part of ear time to time with the wet cotton clothes but we should to using ear buds or any other object to clean.

As all frndz said that clean it very gently n ask solivex type drops to your pediatrician . That melt the wax n other hard deposits inside the eras n clean them itself .

Put one drop of olive oil in each side of the ear and while baby is sleeping, clean gently.
I'm not sure if I would suggest cotton airbud because the particles may go inside.
I used tooth pick and my son enjoys cleaning his ears but yes, I clean gentle. Just have to be careful.
