It is normal for children to catch upto seven colds in the first year of life. There are more than 400 known cold viruses and hence very normal that a different one comes up every time. It's best to aim at building immunity as then the body will resist the viral attack. Ensure your child has generous helpings of fruits and vegetables. Give a cup of vegetable soup daily including all the fresh veggies that are in season. Additionally make a smoothie with curd and fruit and add a tspn of almond powder to it. This can also serve as a snack.
