Hey there is no easy way to loose weight. You need to maintain a good diet and be regular in your exercise.

hi anon. there is plenty of weight loss advice where eating garlic, chewing cardamom, hot water etc is advised. none of this scientifically backed. there are no shortcuts to losing weight. what you could do is reduce your meal portions to three fourth of what you usually eat. have healthy snacks like a bowl of fruit or a glass of whole milk or 6-7 nuts between meals. this will not let you get too hungry and overeat at mealtimes and protect you from future diabetes. workout 4 days a week. walk as many steps as you can in a day. being active through the day is more effective than just working out once during the day and sitting the rest of the time
