hi all ladies out there.... i am working in IT and my baby is 10 month old. i am getting an onsite opportunity for europe. i'll have to take my parents along to take care of my baby. what do u suggest, will it b good for baby to stay without his father fr a year.

hi anon well this wud really depend on many factors! and it really has to be ur joint decision with ur husband and parents! is this professionally a huge leap for u? are ur parents happy to accompany u and look after baby? will ur hubby be able to visit u in between? if its yes to everything then i wud go for it!

if your parents are comfy and your partner is okay with it, then you should go for it.. as asha chaudhry said, it depends on many factors.. infact, you should also check whether it is safe and secure for baby too.. it is important to know about good pedeatricians to visit in emergencies and for regular vaccines..

Hey, it's totally your personal decision. If your hubby is comfortable with this and is supportive of your decision then you can consider this. If your parents are willing to go then it will be great for you. How long would be your project? If it's just a few months then may be you can consider if for long then you will have to look for various possibilities. I would suggest if you are confused take a piece of paper and write all the pros and cons of your situation and then weigh. It will help you in decision-making.

Hey, if your husband is okay with ur decision and your parents supporting too then go for it. Your baby will be proud of you. All d bst

Hi anon, I agree with everyone above, this has to be ur personal decision, discuss things clearly with family. Congrats for getting such an awesome opportunity..👍

hi... congratulations on your achievement. if I were in your place, o would go. women often let go of beautiful opportunities because of domestic and baby responsibilities. baby is very young right now and will thrive with the love of grandparents. one year will pass beautifully. there's always facetime and Snapchat :)
