Hi mommies
My kid is 2 yrs 4 months old today. He has been in diapers since day one. I have been trying to potty train him but we haven't succeeded yet. He poops only when I make him wear diaper else he won't poop for long long hours and the moment I'll put on his diaper he'll poop in no time. Means he is dependent on diapers now. What should I do? He has started going to playschool too and that's too in diapers. At home, when he gets the urge to pee he hides himself from others around and then pees in his pants and then comes to tell me or his father to take him to the bathroom to change his pants. When he gets d urge to poop he does d same thing but makes uhh uhh sound nd hence we get to know he is pooping which gets too late to make him sit on the potty seat. Since we r living in nuclear family it's becoming very difficult for me to keep a count on his pee and poop and get him to d bathroom time to time and make him understand what he is supposed to do. If the kids poop in the diaper at his playschool they call their parents to take the child home. So I wanted to make him understand what he is supposed to do when he wanna pee or poop. But nothing has worked so far for us. And now I'm getting worried to see that he holds his pressure to poop if he is not in diapers means he has got habit of being in diapers. What to do? Pls help me.

It's a right time now, do not use diapers for few days now, make time and take baby every hour to washroom and ask him to pee, understand when baby is getting poop, take him to washroom.. it may be difficult for 2,3 days.. then he will learn.. ask him to tell , he will tell next time when he is getting toilet... do not stress your self..

Hi dear. Can relate to this, i potty trained my daughter even later than your son's age. I've written a post about it, what helped me and what could be done better. Sharing the link below, you can give it a read if you want to 😊http://app.babychakra.com/feedpost/116742?ref=Akf5fc&
