It's common to have lower back pain in the first trimester due to the hormone relaxin.
As you will progress through the second trimester and third trimester, the increasing weight of your baby and expanding womb will put further strain on your ligaments and muscles.
You should start with a Exercise routine to help strengthen your back.
You can start slowly with walking.
Watch your posture.
Warm shower can help relieve back pain or try using cold pack.
If the pain continues ask a certified Pregnancy Fitness Educator to show you specific exercises to help relieve the back pain.
I did pre natal yoga during pregnancy and it helped alot. Do enroll. It makes a great difference
