Here are some ideas, breakfast can be hot breakfast like upma poha paratha and can be had with curds or butter milk mid morning and evening have fresh fruits especially the water based ones like melons for lunch and dinner roti or rice with vegetables and pulses or if you eat non veg then meat as well. ensure you eat some curds with all meals. You can have fruit in the form of milk shake as well if you want to increase your milk intake. Have plenty of fluids especially water.
