Dont worry.. take healthy food regularly , drink lots of water with other fluids as much as possible in pregnancy..take milk, paneer, dryfruits , fresh fruits .. dont forget to take vitamins supplement suggested by your doctor..pls check articles.

First few months .. due to nausea this happens. Don't worry.. keep taking proper food and stay hydrated.. take supplements.. so long as the baby weight gain is fine nothing to worry..
