Drink plenty of fluids for the leg pain especially if it is cramps. Make sure your posture is correct which will help with back pain. However it could also be a calcium deficiency so do speak to your doctor and make sure you start your calcium dose.

its normal dear even i used to have these during my pregnancy days take help of pregnancy pillow while sleeping n sitting

hi...its normal in pregnancy... u can keep a pillow bet ur knee and sleep... sleep in a soft bed... check ur calcium too...drink lots of milk and take calcium rich food

Hope you are not sleeping on ur back. Sleep on ur sides with pillow between your knees, if required keep one below your feet too. Have lots of water, n electrol once in a day for cramps.

its due to lack of calcium and other vitamins.take mama earth plant DHA for this as a supplement.

Bt i can't sleep whole bcs of it... I feel very frustrated... Its paining terribly😖😖
