hi preeti pls get maalish done. soak legs in warm salt water. and use pillows between legs while sleeping. are u walking everyday?

i have tried all remedies like soaking legs in warm salted water, taking lots of fluids, exercise as per doc advise but no relief.

yes asha i have been walking regularly from my initial days of my pregnancy and also doing yoga.. can u please suggest me what type of pillows shall i use and from where can i get those comfy pillows.

Amrita Gaurav agree. Weekly massage really helps. I also used to get it once in a week. The pain went away on its own after my delivery. Preeti Ghosh you can try this out.

have mama earth plant DHA for mama.its due to lack of calcium and other vitamins....try this...it will relieve you.

you can keep any pillow to elevate your legs...warm water therapy also work well... n take ur supplements regularly

Preeti Ghosh for sleeping purpose any regular pillow will do. but for feeding baby u can chk out some COMFEED PILLOWS BY NINA or Nursing Pillows
