I am into 28th week, from my 23rd week I am facing to much trouble while sleeping. I am having trout burning sensation in midnights. I drink every day hot water. I tried with warm milk as well. But it didn't help. Can someone suggested what can be done?



Try drinking ajwain boiled water, you can also drink gulkand mixed with milk.

Drink lots of water and take small meals.. do little walking after meals ... Sleep early ..
