Hi Neha, try giving your child mixed vegetable khichdi. You can also give suji kheer, ragi porridge, wheat porridge for breakfast. Use jaggery as a sweetener in all this, instead of sugar. hi , a 9 month baby eats food like us but in crushed form n without spices only. plz avoid celerec n ready foods for kids. eg. u can give dal & roti with little veggie crushed in mixi n feed the child.
this age kids need 2 such meals a day as they cannot eat a lot at one time.
n 1 meal in between shud comprise of fresh fruits.
rest times milk.
so a balanced diet goes to the child.
