I am 8 weeks pregnant and recently fainted. Fall was not severe though n just sat down. My body was aching the next day and was feeling extreme fatigue. Should I be concerned?

Baby is too small to take damage at this point. Don't worry too much about it until you experience pain in abdomen or any sort of bleeding. Consult with a doctor if you are unable to stop worrying about this.
