Weight thik hai. Janm k samay dhai kilo hona chahiye atleast, ho jaega utna. Aap protein wali chije jyada se jyada len jaise ki sprouts, paneer, dahi, soyabean, mix dal , chicken breast, eggs etc. Doodh k sath mama proteinex le skte hain. Isse weight acha hua.
