My husband has a very low immunity. With a minor changing weather he starts coughing... And it goes long.. Please suggest what should I do to develop immunity in my husband's body.

Ensure jis diet inclused iron rich food. He is aslo staying well hydrated, exercising well to built up on health. If you confirm via a blood report low heamoglobin, then please check with a doctor for iron supplements

Vitamin C is important so increase the intake ... Yoga or exercise is required too .. give sprouts and nurs everyday it's good ..

Drink ginger and lemon water
Take multivitamin tablets regularly
Stay safe at home don't go outside
Add spices in food like cloves cinnamon elaichi
Drink hot water

Drink hot water add zindatilsmath take daily mrg evng
Take 3 spoon milk add litely
turmeric before gng to bed

Water intake increase n try most vitamin c juices fiber high meal
