Use cushioned foot ware, use hot water bag, try stretching exercises, use pillows to support you back while sleeping, proactive posture correcting exercises, avoid lifting heavy weights, bending too much , sitting in uncomfortable position. Hot water bag should help.. you do little yoga of your doctor permits.. hope the bedding is comfortable

Hello puspa, if you are bending forward and lifting weight then there will be back pain. if the postur or the foot ware which you are using is also not proper foot ware which can cause a discomfort and the backpain would be more. Please start doing some exercise which will give you some comfort.
