If baby is exclusively breast fed then stools are generally yellow with a granular consistency which could be called white dots. Occasional green stools are OK but if it is happening consistently then there could be a fore milk a day hind milk imbalance which just means that you need to feed the baby at each breast a little longer. You may also want to do breast compression while feeding to help the fat content to pass into the breast milk. Stools multiple times is normal.

yes it is normal. and yes if your baby doesn't drink for long from one breast. make sure you offer the same breast for few feeds consecutively so that the baby gets more of the hind milk. but it's absolutely no problem to consult a doctor.

Yes this is normal.. Sonali has given a very good explanation but you can visit a doc if this continues.. Even my girl had this problem when she was 2.5 months old and it had continued for almost 3 days so I visited a doc he had given her econorm powder which we need to mix with breast milk and feed them it had helped her a lot.. You can also try dried pomegranate cover from guthi..

It's better to just check with the doc for your satisfaction . It's normal but no harm in double checking .
