With my doctor's approval I have started Kegel exercise for last couple of days, there is a difference however it does not vanish... I m taking short walks within the house since walking for too long aggrevates the pain.

hi it's normal. try to do rest alot. don't be in standing position for a long time. and if you have been getting some exercise prenatal exercises can be very helpful. pls don't start suddenly. walking is also good exercise during this time. and just hang in there. all d best.

fkm

I m not doing ny exercise. I cnt even walk if I walk pain increase. nd sleep cnt sit it's too frustrating today ..nd this breathlessness is increasing day by day...

Rajani Sreenath

I can understand what your feeling exactly you cannot avoid them its more towards preparing for a childbirth. Try not to be in one position for a long time. Dont Sit for long .... take a 5 mins walk ...it may be very painful initial couple of mins but trust me , short walks does make a difference. During Sleep pain cannot be avoided.
If it is unbearable advice you to talk to your doctor.

The pain is normal. However what has caught my eye is that you mentioned that baby's growth is four weeks behind as per LMP. Please do focus on high protein foods as that will help baby to catch up on weight. Eat a protein food or snack four to five times a day. Choose items like dal meat eggs beans in main meals and nuts seeds etc for snacks.

fkm

I'm on high protein diet, soya milk , sprouts , paneer and medicine also I'm taking . it's gap of 2 week attaching reports plz help .
