Hey weight will go away dont worry ...go for exclusive breastfeeding ...after the baby is 6 months go for mild excercise and yoga right when hungry n always drink warm water wishes .

Hi Anon,i agree with moms here. A lot depends upon your genetic structure. If you are lean ,you might bot put on weight even after baby. However if you are someone who would gain weight with even swallowing air,you will have to take care of your body. Limit sugar intake and oily stuff. Drink lots of water,eat fruits,fresh veggies and whole wheat or multigrain stuff,weight will fall back in place,if not today,probably after few months. All the best!
