Hi, I am in week 15 of my pregnancy. The blood test and ultrasound done at the end of first trimester indicated everything was okay and the doctor certified the same too.
However, I am still feeling a lot of tiredness, sleepiness and sometimes few mild headaches. In general don't feel like doing anything.
I was under the impression that some of this should reduce considerably, given I am in second trimester? Any tips to get back to being more active before the third trimester begins where this will be expected to increase again...

It will reduce kalpita don't worry for some it takes time. It does not has any effect on your baby's health so don't worry. Take enough rest.
