Guys I sugar has been normal(122 to 125) since past 2 months..i had 3 pizza slices today for dinner..a spoon of sewaiyan in lunch.. I am worried now..did I do wrong? Should I be strictly on diet daily??? I have little rice in lunch daily followed by a chapati throughout pregnancy..
I hope that's fine..once in a while I can cheat know?
I am sorry to bother too much today but I think I am having bad mood swings and hence tensions 😣

Hey kritika,sweetheart,you can binge on these things smartly..what i did to manage my sugar levels:
Pizzas- how badly our hormones can want these,go for a wheat base pizza and your back is covered,enjoi..dominos mexican wave is yumm yumm
2) go for brown rice,eat as much as you want,it can be done in pulao sryle,mwxican style,plain jeera and what not,no need to think it as a cheat bite!
3) sewaiyan ( vermicelli)_ big bazar premium outlet keeps wheat vermicelli,so again a guilt free food..

Try carbs, little cheating on foods during day time so sugar will not shoot up during night.. Night time stick to high protein diet which will regularised your sugar in the body
