Q:

Hi.. It's my 2nd month.. just confirmed news week before.. Pls tell me is it safe to travel 7 hrs continuously?? we are going by private car so my husband is not worried about it.. but it's our first child so I'm more worried .. pls suggest

Dr. Riddhi Kataria

Yes it is safe to travel. Take frequent breaks. Don't make the travel continuous. Eat and drink every few hours. And visit your gynaec once before you leave.

Hi. Keep yourself rested and hydrated. Also be careful of your posture. Prolonged travel can tire the back. All the best
