Hi you can use nipple shield..

Hi Eliz! Be strong! We are all with you. Initially I too faced the same. Keep applying the cream as advised. It became alright after 2 months. I have fed baby for 2 years at ease. Pls stay in touch with your doctor on this as well. A very big hug.

Hi. You can try nipple shields. plus ensure you clean them before and after every feed and apply the cream on it. Refer to this article for more tips and information. Be strong and hang in there ! We know it can be painful :))

u can also try this, after feed, wipe the area clean, put some bm n air dry, dont cover ur nipples for some time...
nipcare, gheee, also helps

u can put ur own breast milk on ur nipples as much as possible, it will really help. I did d same when I had pain in nipples

I had the same problem.. I was in too much pain .. used to cry during every feed.. someone suggested I apply ghee after every feed.. I tried that and now my pain has disappeared .. it was really helpful.. I suggest you try it out... wipe it off before the next feed.. it will not harm Ur baby even if he takes in a bit

apply your milk..that works wonders too.

I've faced the same problem... it was really bcoz of the excess amount of milk produced and also because of the baby latching problems but it diminished after the baby was about 3 months....

juz rub a warm towel over the nipples after every feed until u feel better....u can see that if there's excess milk,it may start drooling...
