I have a
1 year old baby
it's all due to the growing baby, keep ur legs rested on chair for a while and put ur legs on little hot water before sleep. rest on bed on ur sides converting the weight while placing a thin pillow under bump.
part of being pregnant :) both are normal. make sure u remain active as much as possible. walk after ur meal. do discuss with ur gyno if its uncomfortable.

Heaviness in the abdomen region is normal. Leg cramps especially in the night while you sleep are due to reduced circulation. The first step would be adequate intake of water.
