Hey if there is labour pain already then it's inevitable now...I don't think it's the right time to think about whether or not ...Rather what are the measures to be taken for the baby's well being and lungs development after the delivery .;
A few of my friends have delivered and all is well. Though initially the baby was in NICU but all was well.
Take care and all the best !!

Ideally delivery should happen after 3 7 week's but you can't help it if you go in labour before that...34weeks is not so bad but you should receive antenatal steroids for lung maturity and deliver in a set which has NICU facilities... Also sometimes these are false pains also

I delivered through c sec at 34 weeks. Though by baby was low weight, she was absolutely healthy and did not need any nicu stay. So stay positive!

But what is your doctor saying? No doctor will say she will not deliver just because its 34 weeks. Something has to be done.

Ur gynec would know what to do na? We don't know if u r actually in labor or not, what is the status of ur baby, is ur cervix dilated etc etc
Pls trust what ur doctor is doing fr u.
She knows all ur details, if there is any doubt feel free to ask her too

Labour pains can be temporarily stopped too! You need shots for babys lungs maturity and to hold off contractions. Let the doc decide. She is right,you shouldn't deliver at 34. Plz always TRUST YOUR DOC!
