Hi Sona! Continue good skin care like moisturizing. You will feel tired. Your body is going through so much change . So it's important to eat. As Durga said. You can have salads, juices, milk shake, fruits , but you must eat something.

That's okay Sona,i lost more than 10 KGS in first trimester. Worry about weight gain during later stages of 2nd trimester. Stay hydrated, drink lots of water sip by sip. Eat fresh citrus fruits, like oranges, kiwi, strawberry. Watery veggies like cucumber are great, coconut water is good. For dry skin, apply cocoa butter. For 3 months, u will not gain weight.try to take small meals between 2 hours. Your meal must contain juices.Have plenty of water and take atleast 1/2 an hour rest during afternoon.

My skin is getting darker.even i remain indoor.. Due to all this problems i started hating myself..

Sona,all these are due to pregnancy hormones,plz don't hate urself. Your baby loves you whatever way you look. This will subside post delivery. I had terrible breakout during pregnancy,i couldn't look at myself in mirror but see now,i am merry and happy..stay positive!
