Got achy or swollen feet? Part 3: Mobilise those joints. Sit with your legs stretched out. Sit on a cushion if needed. Practice rotation of the ankles in clockwise and counter clockwise direction. with each inhalation rotate your ankles towards your body and with each exhalation rotate your ankles away from your body. If your doctor gave you medicine for your increased bp means you might be having pregnancy induced hyper tension.keep a record of your BP, and protein in urine also check if the swelling is increasing or not.follow proper diet, check the movement of baby,and Take medicine on time.go for antenatal visit timely
