yes for vitamin d sunlight is necessary...but if sunlight is not possible then u can consult ur doc and ask for vitamin d drop...but i will suggest if its possible go for natural source of vitamin d
Hi Subha. It is beneficial and not mandatory. The morning rays are the best for baby
Exposing a baby to sunlight is advisable. Either early morning or afternoon rays. however it's not mandatory. People living in cold countries , see no sun but kids aren't deficient.
