Q:

during my last pregnancy my nipples were not out... n I missed my baby... so is there any solution so that I can feed her? or nipple can come out so That baby can get mothers milk?

Sheeba Vijesh

during pregnancy itself you can massage out the nipples if they are inverted.. after delivery, you can pull out the nipple forward with the forefinger and middle finger and latch the baby... it takes a bit of practice, but its very much doable.. for now, enjoy your pregnancy dear...

Try Hoffman technique in the last three weeks of pregnancy. We do not try this earlier as it can trigger contractions. Gently hold the nipple pull it outward roll it between thumb and forefinger and release. repeat a few times. You can also get a nipple puller it's easily available in the market. Post delivery take help from a Lactation counselor to help latch the baby.
