Hi Priyanka! Keep a pilow under your feet while you sleep. And keep yourself hydrated in day time and don't drink lot of water just before sleeping at night coz it can lead to water retention in body leaving your body swelled next day. Also walk at least twice..In morning and evening for atleast half an hour..
