my baby is now 5months old,so I hv started wearing post pregnancy belt from now because doctor told me to Wer after 2months as it was c section.but I have started now and my mother in law said Abhi koi fayad nahi stomach jesa hai vesa hi rahega .is this true?

nothing like that.....wear the belt n start with basic workout. squats, crunches, bridge n planks. these will tone ur body eventually. the best thing is we cn do all these in our own room n keep n eye on our baby. try wirking out for jst 20 mins everyday n u will notice the difference soon. remember we hv accumelated all this fat in 9 mnths so we need to give atleast the same time if not more to our body. now tht u hv a challenge frm ur mom inlaw make sure u tone ur body n let her know ki aisa kuch nahi hota....stomach kam hota hai...lol.

lol..i will and one more thing I Wana ask can I drink dal chini ka water like I Read some Wer it reduces fat and m not bf

it does help to some extent....however nothing helps if we dont get moving....trust me i have tried all the tricks par result sirf workout se milta hai....train hard n eat clean....baki apne baby hi kafi hai humko patla karne ke liye.
