I have a
2 years old baby
I feed semi-solids in morning and early evening, afternoon Kichidi or rice with boiled vegetables, and evening mashed banana... in between i also offer a little bit of seasonal fruits...
Keep it light with fruit juices or mashed fruit. if you give anything heavy, night they may not eat in time and midnight they may feel hungry. Banana, water melon juice, musk melon juice, mashed carrot. And don't add any sugar, jaggery or salt.
