It's common. You can do hot compress for 5 10 mins.. Massage your legs with almond oil.. And get your Vit D levels checked. I also faced the same. Doc recommended vit D supplements and it has provided me with great releif

I think it happens with many women thaii pain. but then also jst have a concern with ur Doc u can also take hot water bottle massage may it pays relief to u.


i get it only when i sit or sleep...while walking there is no problem
