Help me .. What food to gain Baby Weight Because Am crossing 32 weeks but Dr told me my baby weight is Low to improve your baby weight so what food i Take aftr a weeks tell something healthy foods.

increase your protein intake.. and in some cases doctor prescribes some medicines..

take pro-pl, and lots of protein foods like moong sprouts, egg whites, 2 glasses of milk etc... take 4 nos. of 4 types of nuts... i too had this problem, and these helped to increase baby weight.

Asha, sometimes even after doing everything, baby will grow only at his own pace... don't worry, be positive and trust God.. it is the only solution... And eat proteins, yes that too... take care dear..

egg whites have more protein content, egg yolk will make you gain weight... how much is your baby weighing?

egg yellow part is rich in cholesterol.. u can have one yellow..

ok... its a little less, but if you watch your diet, may be it will catch up... anyways, you try... even if weight is less, no worries... my boy turned out to be very healthy.. so dont take tension... eat well, and take good rest... afternoon lay on your left for 2 hrs...
