Sleep habits have to be inculcated. As long as baby is eating or feeding well a particular food or large quantities of food are not important. Make sure your child is not over tired, and a bed time ritual is established such as a warm bath. bed time story and a good night cuddle which is followed everyday. Over a few weeks you will find your child is able to sleep better.
