don't get up suddenly.. move to one side, left or right, and then slowly get up... once tummy is big, we should not let pressure be applied to it..v
move to one side and get up slowly. don't get up at a time
don't get up straight. always get by side. and avoid getting up suddenly or fast. go slow.
When pain is felt at the time of movements especially while lying down in the pelvic area it is considered to be a situation of pubis bone dysfunction. You would need some strengthening exercises. Discuss the same with your doctor and seek reference of a trainer in your vicinity.
