I have a
1 year old baby
Eat the big yellow banana daily. Drink 2 glasses of milk a day, eat a handful of nuts, take ghee. If non vegetarian, then take chicken, egg and small fishes. Drink tender coconut water also.
I m following the diet which doc also given but with yellow banana ...I m getting cough....

Chickoo, pomegranate, grapes, mango, jackfruit, try small variety banana or banana mixed with milk, chopped tomatoes with sugar, cashew nuts, Urad-dal recipe ( like vada, chutney powder, hummas). Add ghee to ur main food. Eat multigrain biscuits. Chocolate is one main fellow... due to which I have puton and still on. :D
