can you tell me.. which timing i go to excercize is good for my health....  am 34 weekz pregnant. i cant walk more than 35 r 40 mintz ... why.?

try to walk daily morning and evening time 30 mints daily.. u can start kegel exercises if you have no problem related placenta etc

Morning will be fine as things will be pleasant and you feel active whole day. But if you can't make in the morning...go in evening. Don't walk alone.. Let some other family members accompany you.

Aman Barnala how can i do that kegel exercises?  because if any problem affect my baby? itz difficult to make... sleeping also right or left only to lay.. All Dr siggested but this exercise should lay in upper side i donno just confuse how to do thiz... and why you suggest me if any gud thingz in my last month for this exercises

Hi Asha, kegels is an exercise that every woman should do, no matter, if she is pregnant or not... it helps to keep strength of pelvic floor muscles and prevent urinary leakage which can happen after normal delivery or after menopause..the best part is you can do it sitting or standing also...

dear it is good time to start kegel exercises for you.. you can get normal delivery also.. you can see some kegel exercises videos on YouTube.. I had done also during pregnancy..
