I also had brown spotting until. Week 8/9. Doctor said to wear white panties and to keep a check. It shouldn't increase and u shouldn't have any major cramping and pains.  Brown spotz generally indicate old blood. So keep a check and inform ur Gynae if it persists

Sony (Amrita)

Thanks ritu... I was wondering how it it occur during 13th week... Yes it's a old blood...

Few of the pregnant women experience this discharge, its implantation bleeding which is fine. If your doctor told you have low placenta, please take bed rest which meand complete bed rest for least 10 days. When you rest always keep ur legs on a pillow and keep ur legs on some height while sitting..

Sony (Amrita)

Shyama I can change my position to left n right aswell? Nt necessary to sleep on back continously

Parveen Sofian Ghani

Hi dear u can change position just don't get up with sudden jurk n avoid jurk   and keep a pillow below u r leg  it helps hope n pray all will b good

Shyama Santhosh

Sleeping on the left side is the best position as baby gets more blood flow however u can sleep on right side too. You can carefully change positions and sleeping on side is good than sleeping on back. Keep a pillow between ur knees and one pillow on ur belly, u will be comfortable sleeping
