drink lots of water,eat bananas.. they help u get rid of constipation.i felt the same problem during pregnancy.dont worry
Drink lots of water. After peeing or bowel movement...drink water. Have fruits directly than juices. You can even have coconut water, water melon.

I too had this situation.. Eat chana dal.. It helps alot.. N drink warm milk
Water fibre rich foods raisins pears are all constipation relieving foods. Have warm water a few times a day especially when you wake up in the morning. If you feel that bowels are very hard to pass discuss the same with your doctor as hard stools can cause internal injuries which can cause bleeding or even piles.
Have kiwi fruit
For a few days, have overnight soaked black raisins(a few) with the soaked water in morning on empty stomach... drink 3 ltrs of water a day... green leafy vegetables, also aid in relief from constipation
