Why does pelvic bones pain during pregnancy?
Can any of you answer...?

Roopashree Siddireddy

That's the natural process. Thats how body will get ready for delivering baby in natural way. Sit on soft comfortable place. Have to bear... Back pain, lower abdominal pain, pelvic bone paining, tiredness, restlessness are all common now onwards. Take care. take rest.

I too have been suffering with it and some of the common reasons for it are.. pressure of the growing baby on the pelvic bone , the pelvic bone expands to create room for the baby. however if it's extreme it should be consulted with your doc

The normal process of pregnancy is that the pelvis expands to accommodate the growing uterus. This is not painful. However in some cases the pelvis can expand a little more than usual and this causes discomfort and pain especially while moving and changing position. You would need to visit a prenatal fitness specialist or a physio who can help you strengthen this area and help manage the discomfort.
