hi it's been 4 months of my c sec delivery.. now I'm thinking of reducing my weight which I put on during my pregnancy. . suggest any tips. ..

hello priya..
Some tips are-
-Breastfeeding actually helps in melting fat..hence BF baby as much as possible..
-Eat healthy- concentrate on quality not quatity..have more n more fibrous food veggies fruits
-Exercises like abdominal compressions,pelvic tilts,toe taps and heel slides,single-leg stretches..Do a brisk walk..
-As new mom ll be nt having more tym so plz include baby in ur work out...this may help u concentrating on baby too
-Always stay hydrated-have plenty fluids green tea lemon juice..
-Have a gud tummy massage which even helps in reduction of belly fat..

actually afte 2months of c-sec one can start all these..
its a myth tht up to 6months one shud nt do any work..
this ll build more fat..doctors usually advice patients to start moving after 48hrs of c-sec wearing support belt..
wound  takes 8weeks to heal up..so u shud start nw
