boil apple and use the water...steam carrots.... check weaning receipes online to plan better
Hi Deepa boiling is better as it makes the stuff soften u can use its water as well while making puree
boiling is easier, but steaming preserves the nutrients better...
I agree with Sheeba Vijesh Steaming keeps the nutrients but you may have to give it more time to make it soft.Then you can mash it with your fingers.
