hello Every1 I'm feeling very giddiness because of stress an all work should be done compulsorily in our house nobody allows me to take rest will it harm my baby this is my First pregnancy I'm very much tensed

it's ok to do some household chores.. but don't do lot of strenuous work.. dont lift heavy loads.. and don't climb on stairs and all too often.. do works which doesn't have any pressure on stomach..

Its absolutely ok dear but remember not to lift weight and climb stairs frequently...Also try to sit when you feel tired...and dont over exert yourself....just sit and relax when you are not able to work.....take small small breaks in between your activities of around 10 to 15 minutes...

saanvi, its good to be active in pregnancy. but like sonam patel and Shilpi Trehan said, dont lift heavy weights and climb stairs a lot. take rest in between and a good diet as well. if its too much difficult for you, talk to your husband.

Sit down on intervals and do your work in a slow manner. Don't take stress, working will not harm the baby. Stay positive and calm ,all will be Good. Take care!!

please tell them your family members ... during your pregnancy you can more rest and rest please don't take stress it's harm to your baby ....eat well and rest... starting months.

you can ask your MIL  to help you whenever you got tired.
try to do the work in small intervals , in between take rest.
keep a thing in mind not to escape the time of bf lunch n dinner... concentrate on yourself if you want to eat so eat .. if iou want to take rest then rest. .. after all its u n ur baby.. be happy... go to your mom place as we need pampering this time... be selfish at this time.. and enjoy the journey of motherhood.
