I am 15 weeks pregnant.Jus wanna know what kind of exersices ,yoga or activities I can do from now to keep myself active n physically strong

congrats dear....well your concern is gud...but dear...for the very first trimester excercise n heavy work,you should avoid.n walking for half n hour in morning and evening is pretty enough. ....n do avoid sugary things...keep a diet of protein...vitamins and all .
