please mention how many weeks pregnant you are...so that ppl can suggest you accordingly. Drink water a lot. Eat balanced nutritious food . Eat in time and sleep in time. Don't take stress. Try to relax and be happy. Daily walk for atleast half an hour. Don't take more sugar. Be regular with your gyno and regular scanning is required. Avoid papaya fruit, pineapple, sabja seeds . Avoid high heels. Think positive and be positive.
