Most breads available are made with refined flour. Even a whole wheat or bran bread does need to have some refined flour for baking purposes. It is best to offer whole grain cereals like ragi/oats/wheat porridge or other items like idli dosa etc. However once in a while it is fine to experiment with a sandwich as well.
