let your baby complete 6months and then you can start with dal Ka Pani and rice initially and continue only these 2 for a few days and gradually start other items with a gap of a week to introduce the next item.
hello dear, you can check articles on weaning in baby chakra it will help u. always remember 3 day test rule for introducing new things so that baby get use to it. gradually start with clear vegetable / fruit/cereal soup, puree and then mashed items. date foods aap Jo de skate gain woh non allergic hona chair.some good foods for babies are - fruit- apple , peer,chikoo,banana,papaya puree .veg- carrot , sweet potato, pumpkin, spinach puree, puree of green leafy veg with mong dal etc. cereals - brown rice, rice, mong dal, tuwar dal puree etc. later u can give apple , anar juice etc. avoid citric fruits, gluten content cereals . u can take ragi its bet for babies. check food diet chart on baby chakra also. wait for 6 months, all the best :)
