Pragency me proper nutrition diet Leni chaiye....jisme vitamin, calcium, protein, iron,zinc, carbohydrates..etc.. sabhi mojud ho... Iske liye aap mosaam k anusar fruit green vegetables Salad Dairy products... Daal.. rajma. Chane.. inme protein mojud hota hai. Paani jayada se jayada piye.. agr aap se simple Paani nhi piya jata.. to aap pani Ko kisi bhi tarike se pi Sakti hai.. jese ki.. buttermilk (chaah), nimbu Pani, nariyal Pani, shikanji, sharbat etc. Vegetables soup bhi jarur piye.. Doctor ne jo aapko iron calcium vitamin tablet di hai... Unhe time par lena mat bhuliyga…

aap daliye orange ,nimbu pani lijiye. Thoda thoda krke khiye ye bhut jarrori hai apke liye. Jo bhi apko pasand hai aap khaiye apni diet me sab kuch shamil kariye jisase apke baby ko poshan mile.pani bhi pite rakhiye. Or thoda walk jaroor kariye.
